What does dry hire mean?
Dry hire means I provide everything needed for your bar service, mixers, garnishes, ice, tools, glassware, and of course, professional bartending, while you supply the alcohol. I’ll handle the planning as well, creating a customized drink menu and a detailed, organized liquor list tailored to your event. From setup to service, I make sure every detail is handled so you can relax, mingle, and enjoy your celebration.
Why can’t you provide the alcohol?
Due to licensing regulations, most mobile bar services (including ours) do not supply alcohol. Instead, we guide you with a customized liquor list so you can purchase exactly what you need — no guesswork or waste.
What type of events do you service?
Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, private parties, festivals… if it involves guests and drinks, we can handle it.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your date for big events (150+), especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. If it is a smaller event we recommend at least a month prior.
How much space do you need for the bar trailer?
I need at least 7W x15L of space to park the trailer.
Why aren’t prices displayed on your website?
With every client I do a detailed consultation over the phone or in-person in order to know exactly how much of each ingredient I need, how much time I am serving, and how many people I am serving, ect… Without that information it is difficult for me to give a detailed and accurate quote.
Can you make non-alcoholic drinks?
Of course! From mocktails to fancy lemonades, we can make sure your non-drinking guests have something just as fun and Instagram-worthy in their glass. We also offer SNOWCONES as an add on for the kiddos!
I don’t know what drinks to serve…
That’s my specialty! I’ll suggest crowd-pleasers, creative twists, and signature drinks that match your theme. We also offer a SHOT WHEEL add on to create a fun atmosphere for your guests, perfect for the indecisive friends!
